Use this checklist before employer FORMAL rounds on FeedbackAI. PRACTICE mode is free, browser-based, and optional — it strengthens skill signals but does not gate browsing AI-matched jobs.

Before you start (5 min)
- Sign up free as a candidate
- Upload resume → profile at least 70% complete
- Pick one target stack (backend, full-stack, DevOps, data/ML)
- Open three matched jobs on /jobs — note shared skill gaps
20-minute PRACTICE loop (3× per week)
- Open /assessments → choose a PRACTICE test near your stack
- Set a timer — no pausing to search answers
- Complete one coding + one MCQ or written question
- Read AI rubric feedback on every response
- Write down two skills to drill before next session
After each session (5 min)
- Update profile skills if feedback exposed a real gap
- Re-check match scores on your top three roles
- Optional: one more PRACTICE round on weakest skill only
