Hiring vocabulary is noisy. This glossary defines twelve terms the way FeedbackAI uses them in product copy: match score, skill gap, ATS-honest JD match, structured interview, screening, and adjacent words. Each entry is a definition plus a link into a hub or /careers — not a keyword farm. If a term is not here, it is because we do not want a thin page for it.
